Liliana Chaplinski embodies dedication and versatility in her role as Executive Director at Woodbridge Montessori Academy of Sachse. She joined WMA in March 2023, and her journey is a testament to her commitment to excellence and passion for fostering growth in others.

Hailing from the culturally rich region of South Texas near Corpus Christi, Liliana embarked on her academic pursuits at Texas A&M University-Kingsville, immersing herself in Early Childhood Education and Psychology. Liliana's professional trajectory is marked by a remarkable blend of experiences, reflecting her resilience and adaptability. Her tenure in various roles gave her a strong leadership and team management foundation. Her exemplary performance earned her numerous accolades, a testament to her unwavering commitment to excellence. While raising five children, she cultivated invaluable skills in nurturing, guiding, and instilling a love for learning within her own family.

Liliana's leadership philosophy is rooted in compassion, empathy, and a deep-seated belief in every individual's potential, further enriched by her fluency in Spanish. She leads by example, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous improvement. Liliana finds solace and joy in spending quality time with her family and two dogs outside of her professional endeavors, cherishing each moment as a precious gift.

Venus Brown

Venus Brown

Education Director

Venus Brown brings over 30 years of experience in early childhood education and school leadership as Education Director at Woodbridge Montessori Academy of Sachse. With a career rooted in classroom teaching and administrative leadership, Venus is known for creating nurturing environments where children thrive and educators feel supported.

Holding a Director’s Credential and a Child Development Associate (CDA), Venus has led teams, trained staff, and built strong partnerships with families throughout her extensive career. She deeply believes in the importance of positive, loving environments and strongly advocates for mental health and social-emotional development in early education.

Venus is passionate about helping young children reach their potential and become confident learners. She prioritizes strong relationships with families and staff, recognizing them as the foundation for a thriving school community.

Outside of work, Venus is a proud mother of two daughters and grandmother to four grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family and continues to bring the same warmth and care into her leadership as she does into her home life.
