MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission is to nurture independence and self-awareness through experiential learning, play, and discovery during the early childhood years. We promote inclusive environments to serve the needs of each child and the community, both academically and socially. We are dedicated to teaching while fostering curiosity, love, and respect for all cultures. We guide our children’s interactions with nature to help cultivate life-long, environmentally conscious learners.

Rebecca Vineyard
Executive Director
Rebecca “Becky” Vineyard is a seasoned early childhood professional with over 37 years of experience in the childcare field. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and is dedicated to creating nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environments for young children.
Throughout her career, Becky has served in both teaching and leadership roles, building strong relationships with families, supporting educators, and fostering a positive, inclusive center culture. She is passionate about helping children grow academically, socially, and emotionally, while ensuring families feel confident, supported, and connected.
Outside of work, Becky enjoys reading, thrifting, and spending time with her family. She and her husband, Jeff, share a blended family of six children and ten grandchildren, who bring her immense joy.

Venus Brown
Education Director
Venus Brown brings over 30 years of experience in early childhood education and school leadership as Education Director at Woodbridge Montessori Academy of Sachse. With a career rooted in classroom teaching and administrative leadership, Venus is known for creating nurturing environments where children thrive and educators feel supported.
Holding a Director’s Credential and a Child Development Associate (CDA), Venus has led teams, trained staff, and built strong partnerships with families throughout her extensive career. She deeply believes in the importance of positive, loving environments and strongly advocates for mental health and social-emotional development in early education.
Venus is passionate about helping young children reach their potential and become confident learners. She prioritizes strong relationships with families and staff, recognizing them as the foundation for a thriving school community.
Outside of work, Venus is a proud mother of two daughters and grandmother to four grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family and continues to bring the same warmth and care into her leadership as she does into her home life.
